Priority #6, My Ministry - Suck It Up!

I have not had time to blog lately. With the addition of my sister's son to my household (not to mention another BOY) my life has been busy to say the least. Since he has come into our home, I have him doing Bible with my younger daughter. Since we study anc… Continue

Priority #4, My Home - Time Management

Whew! These past couple of weeks have been jam packed with planning and organizing, driving and laundry, phone calls and emails. I couldn't even make it to church this morning because I was WORN OUT.

Priority #3, My Children - A Day to Mourn

It has been 5 years ago today that our Dancing Angel left us for Heaven. I wanted this day to go by quickly and quietly, but the Diva had other plans and started an argument with me first thing this morning. We all grieve in different ways. It is unfortunate… Continue

Priority #2, My Husband - 18 Years of Parenting

Well, it is that time of year again. This Christmas Day would have been our firstborn daughter, Dancing Angel's 18th birthday. She passed away nearly 5 years ago from a brain tumor that we were aware of for only 3 days. So this season has a roller coast

I'm sorry it's taken me so long to respond. However, much has happened in the interim--MT training continues, and I have moved. I am still working for West At Home and exploring other avenues of making money, i.e., writing reviews for an online home education program, applying for contract transcription work (non-medical); offering after school care, etc.

The single parent homeschooler saga continues . . .

Hey Nichelle

I sent you an e-mail regarding cub scouts. I am not sure that this year would be a great year to join.

Hi,

I have done clinic transcription before, and my last job outside of my home was a a secretary to two urologic surgeons. I'll be working from home while I'm in school for MT. I'm taking Career Step training via San Juan College, in Farmington, New Mexico, and I'm truly grateful to have the opportunity for formal medical transcription training.
